Oh nooooooooooo, the colors, the eyes, MEW NOMING A CLOUD. ;v; This is too adorable for life. My heart.
Dear God, the clouds are beautiful. ;x;! They're gorgeous, I can't handle them. And so is that painting style on Mew. It reminds me of a small glass effect, and it looks really cool! And those eyes stand out, they're so shiny.
Mew is totally one of my favorites too. ;v; I can't remember how many times I did the Mew Glitch in RBY to get one, hahah. And how many times I even did it for friends, too. I would transfer my HG one to my XY, but I'm attached to my HG team so I don't wanna transfer them away. ;x; B-because I get attached to pixels. <8D;
Yaay thank you! x3 I really struggle when it comes to backgrounds. xD I'm really glad this turned out okay though! I'm really fascinated by the 'Cubism' look. Although this one isn't as abstract, the blockiness was fun to do.
Haha, I remember teaching a classmate how to do the cloning glitch in Silver and got a free Mew off him. xD Ah good times. There were so many glitches and rumours on how to catch it. Especially with the whole truck thing. :P
Yeah backgrounds are killers. ;o; I need to learn how to do these. ;v; Beyond little spots and gradients and things. And oh, so there is something to the coloring. :'D That's interesting~ I need to learn how to color and style all those different ways of doing colors. How to arting, whoo.
And YEAH totally. I remember the good old RBY days. I never got Red or Blue when they first came out, but I did end up getting Yellow at some point. So sadly I only got to do the Missingno things with a friend's game. xD I tried soooooo many of those rumors to get Mew, though. Pfft. Like finding Bill's secret garden, and pushing the truck, and the whole story. I remember how my mind was blown away when I found the Mew glitch online and it actually worked. It was like. The discovery of the century for young me.
Experimenting is pretty intimidating and scary, but it can produce some nice results. :3
Ah, back in the days when we used computers the size of microwaves. :'D Playing games was a real challenge for me since I had no idea how to use the Internet. xD I never did figure out the Mew glitch. I just 'borrowed' some Mew clones from friends. >u> <u<
Yeah, it definitely can. ;v; I need to look up things on Google to see what kind of cool art styles I should experiment with and try out. Even just small things like elements and such, I don't know how to draw.
And I know, right? I remember the days of CD-ROMs. I loved the games, but I could never start them up myself. My dad or brother had to boot it up. And then when I did something wrong and it stopped working, I thought I'd like, totally destroyed the computer. And I remember the dial-up days... Oh boy, dial-up.
Whaaaat, really. The Mew glitch is easy, my friend. And apparently there's like 3 trainers in the games that let you trigger Mew, too. Man, I wish Gen II had compatibility with Gen III. Or... Gen III to Gen IV. I forget now. But I wish you could transfer those Gen I Pokemon aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaall the way to Gen VI. Traveling across the generations~ There is no need for Egg moves and TMs when you have ~* NOSTALGIA *~.
